Terms and Conditions for RattoMatt

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

Parental Responsibility: The Platform is designed for students in grades 8–10. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. By creating an account, you affirm that you are the parent or guardian and give consent for your child to use the Platform.

Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your child’s school, grade, and board affiliation to ensure accurate syllabus alignment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Services & Subscriptions

Scope of Content: RattoMatt provides school-aligned books, study notes, practice questions, custom mock tests, and grading/reporting services.

Syllabus Dynamic Adjustments: While we make every effort to track school-specific omissions and inclusions dynamically, users are encouraged to verify that their school-specific updates are accurately reflected in their custom dashboards.

No Awkward Commitments (Samples): We provide sample chapter toolkits (including study notes, practice questions, question papers, and answer keys) with no financial obligation. Requesting a sample does not auto-enroll you into a paid tier.

Paid Subscriptions: Paid access grants a license to the premium study engine for the designated academic term. Subscriptions are tied to a single user profile and cannot be shared across multiple student profiles or households.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Proprietary Material: All content hosted on the Platform or delivered to your phone—including but not limited to text, graphics, curated books, proprietary mock tests, marking keys, and software code—is the intellectual property of RattoMatt or its expert creators.

Usage License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, download, and print materials solely for your child’s personal, non-commercial educational use.

Prohibited Actions: You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, copy, modify, or publicly display any RattoMatt assets without explicit written authorization. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may incur legal action.

4. Grading and Evaluation Service

Turnaround and Scope: Our dedicated evaluation service reviews submitted test papers to isolate performance gaps. This service is strictly an analytical feedback tool designed to optimize learning outcomes.

Independent Grading: RattoMatt’s internal grading metrics are generated by independent experienced educators and do not guarantee identical scoring from official school or board examiners.

5. Limitation of Liability

RattoMatt is a highly precise, high-yield study engine engineered to eliminate guesswork and maximize academic potential. However, academic performance ultimately depends on the student’s independent study execution and preparation.

• We do not guarantee specific percentages, ranks, or passing marks in school or board examinations.
• We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to mobile network failures, server maintenance, or internet outages affecting delivery to your device.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, compromise platform security, or engage in unauthorized distribution of our proprietary content.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with RattoMatt shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
